At Giggles-N-Jiggles Family Fun Center:
1) SOCKS ARE REQUIRED and available for $2.00 at the front desk.
2) No horseplay, wrestling, running, climbing slides, etc.
3) NO alcohol is allowed.
4) NO outside food or drink (NO EXCEPTIONS means no coffee, no 2 liters, no coolers, no snacks in your purse, no pizza from other establishments. Cake is allowed ONLY for those that book parties and is NOT ALLOWED with Open Play admission.)
5) Admission fee is applicable to all children under 17. The only exception is infants unable to walk yet. Adults aged 18 and over are also free.
6) Party Agreements must be signed before your party can start. (link below) More details about party rules can be found within.
7) Your reservation is not made until $35 deposit is paid. ($50 for private parties) The deposit is subtracted from the grand total and is non-refundable. Your deposit is not refundable because it covers reservation.
8) Tableware (tablecloth, silverware, plates) are NOT included in any package so bring as needed.
9) Cake, decorations, gifts, etc., are allowed for reserved parties but are NOT allowed with Open Play admission!
10) You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes early in order to set-up, decorate, and pay your remaining balance.
Factors beyond our control such as guests arriving late, canceled parties, or a weak turnout are NO excuse for a refund. We reserved the space for the size party that was requested and will not give your deposit back when we could have booked other parties in your place. Our end of the bargain was fulfilled and we have to keep deposits of canceled parties in order to recoup the possible loss of sale that the delinquent reservation caused. If some or all of your party guests do not show up you MAY NOT downgrade to a cheaper package. Contrarily, if you wish to upgrade upon arrival you may.
Please assure that you have selected the correct date and time before booking. Modifications are NOT guaranteed and are prohibited for private parties.
All reservations are $50.00 and final. (Exceptions include bad weather, rain or high winds are too dangerous for our equipment to be used. This will result in a rescheduling.)
Concerning bad weather, we recommend cancellation and rescheduling if showers are possible. If you agree to accept delivery we can NOT refund or reschedule due to a rain-out. It is best to play it safe and reschedule.
For BOUNCE HOUSE PICK UP ONLY:
*Equipment Security Deposit is REQUIRED. This deposit is a signed, blank check. By picking up the bounce house you are agreeing to bring back the bounce house in the same state that you received it. If the bounce house is not returned the check will cover the cost to replace the bounce house. If it is returned damaged or trashed then the check will cover repair and/or cleanup costs.
